采用沙培法研究了酸胁迫对玉米幼苗生理生化指标的影响.研究结果表明:在酸胁迫下,玉米幼苗叶片SOD活性下降,MDA含量上升,叶绿素含量下降;根长变短,根相对含水量下降,根系活力下降,并随着酸胁迫程度的加深,这些指标的变化越明显.
採用沙培法研究瞭痠脅迫對玉米幼苗生理生化指標的影響.研究結果錶明:在痠脅迫下,玉米幼苗葉片SOD活性下降,MDA含量上升,葉綠素含量下降;根長變短,根相對含水量下降,根繫活力下降,併隨著痠脅迫程度的加深,這些指標的變化越明顯.

Using the method of sand culture to study the effects of acid stress on the index of physiology and biochemistry of maize seedlings. Results are as follows: under acid stress, the chlorophyll content of maize seedling leaves and the SOD activity decreased,but the contents of MDA increased. The root length of maize seedling shortened, the relative water con tent decreased, the activity of root decreased. The index changed evidently with the deepening of acidstress level.
