目前,高职院校双师教学团队建设相对滞后,仍停留在提升学历、职称和"双师型"教师比例等结构层次上,注重增加兼职教师数量,这种师资结构不能满足日益发展的高职教育的需要。提出从立足专业岗位群,加强校企合作、合理分配团队角色、树立团队目标和愿景、选拔培养团队带头人等出发,为双师教学团队建设提供了新的视野。

목전,고직원교쌍사교학단대건설상대체후,잉정류재제승학력、직칭화"쌍사형"교사비례등결구층차상,주중증가겸직교사수량,저충사자결구불능만족일익발전적고직교육적수요。제출종립족전업강위군,가강교기합작、합리분배단대각색、수립단대목표화원경、선발배양단대대두인등출발,위쌍사교학단대건설제공료신적시야。
The construction of double-quality teaching team in higher vocational colleges is relatively backward,which mainly focuses on such problems as educational background,professional title,the percentage of "double-certificate" teachers and quantity of part-time teachers.It is far from enough to meet the growing demand of higher vocational college.Based on professional post groups,this article proposes construction strategies including enhancing university-enterprise cooperation,distributing roles justly,making team plan and aspiration,selecting and training team leader,which provide new perspectives for the "Dual Functional" teaching team's construction.
