为了解西安市居民低碳意识和行为等方面的内容,通过市场调查的方式得出了数据,在对数据分析的基础上发现存在以下问题：清楚低碳内涵的人较少、日常生活中坚持低碳生活的人有限、水电使用过程中存在很大的浪费、一次性塑料袋使用过于频繁、废旧物资循环利用情况不理想等,针对存在的问题提出了诸如加大宣传力度、建立和健全与低碳发展相关的地方法律和法规、打造城市低碳交通运输体系、积极发展战略性新兴产业、倡导全新的低碳消费方式等建议,希望能够促进低碳经济的发展。
為瞭解西安市居民低碳意識和行為等方麵的內容,通過市場調查的方式得齣瞭數據,在對數據分析的基礎上髮現存在以下問題：清楚低碳內涵的人較少、日常生活中堅持低碳生活的人有限、水電使用過程中存在很大的浪費、一次性塑料袋使用過于頻繁、廢舊物資循環利用情況不理想等,針對存在的問題提齣瞭諸如加大宣傳力度、建立和健全與低碳髮展相關的地方法律和法規、打造城市低碳交通運輸體繫、積極髮展戰略性新興產業、倡導全新的低碳消費方式等建議,希望能夠促進低碳經濟的髮展。

In order to promote the optimization of economic structure and transform the economic growth mode,our concerns have already changed from energy intensity to carbon dioxide emissions intensity in our national strategy of energy conservation and emission reduction.To respond to the national strategy of low carbon and construct a low-carbon society,not only the policy guidance of the government and the technological research and development of the companies are needed,but also the practice of all the citizens.To find out the contents of low-carbon awareness and behaviors of residents in Xi＇an,by means of the fieldwork,our research group has obtained reliable statistical data.Based on the statistical analysis of the data,some existent problems have been found and some suggestions are put forward on the development of low-carbon economy.
