在对鄂西恩施自治州＂清江舞＂活动的渊源、特点及开展情况进行论述的基础上,分析了＂清江舞＂在贵州省开展的可行性以及在鄂、黔两省全民健身中的定位。研究认为：为使＂清江舞＂能够成为新时期鄂、黔两省全民健身运动的具体实践途径之一,应立足本土、保留特色、面向两省;与现代竞技体育共同发展、相互渗透;与时俱进、科学发展、积极改革、推陈出新。
재대악서은시자치주＂청강무＂활동적연원、특점급개전정황진행논술적기출상,분석료＂청강무＂재귀주성개전적가행성이급재악、검량성전민건신중적정위。연구인위：위사＂청강무＂능구성위신시기악、검량성전민건신운동적구체실천도경지일,응립족본토、보류특색、면향량성;여현대경기체육공동발전、상호삼투;여시구진、과학발전、적겁개혁、추진출신。
Based on the origin,characteristics and development of Qingjiang Dance in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture,western Hubei province,the author analyzes the feasibility of Qingjiang Dance development in Guizhou province and its positioning in people＇s fitness of Hubei and Quizhou provinces.In the view of this research,in order to ensure Qingjiang Dance one of the concrete and practical ways of common exercise in the two provinces of the new age,we should respect its original culture,keep its own feature and make it fit for the two provinces;we should achieve common development with modern competitive sports and interpenetrating mutually,and we should advance with times,develop it scientifically,reform positively and innovate quickly.
