忽地笑是一种兼备观赏与药用价值的植物。本试验以忽地笑种球为材料,采用种球茎盘沟切的方式,设计了随机区组实验开展了该植物的无性繁育试验,探讨植物生长调节剂及其浓度对其分生子球的影响。试验结果表明:①人工干预大大提高了种球的繁殖能力,该试验中种球的平均繁殖率高达21.15,其中处理6"6-BA500"作用下种球的繁殖率最高,为32.2;②植物生长调节剂NAA、6-BA均能促进种球的繁殖能力,且随着浓度的增加种球的繁殖率也相应增加;③综合种球繁殖率、子球的平均重量、直径以及根的长势情况等因素,处理5(6-BA300)是该试验的最佳组合。
忽地笑是一種兼備觀賞與藥用價值的植物。本試驗以忽地笑種毬為材料,採用種毬莖盤溝切的方式,設計瞭隨機區組實驗開展瞭該植物的無性繁育試驗,探討植物生長調節劑及其濃度對其分生子毬的影響。試驗結果錶明:①人工榦預大大提高瞭種毬的繁殖能力,該試驗中種毬的平均繁殖率高達21.15,其中處理6"6-BA500"作用下種毬的繁殖率最高,為32.2;②植物生長調節劑NAA、6-BA均能促進種毬的繁殖能力,且隨著濃度的增加種毬的繁殖率也相應增加;③綜閤種毬繁殖率、子毬的平均重量、直徑以及根的長勢情況等因素,處理5(6-BA300)是該試驗的最佳組閤。
홀지소시일충겸비관상여약용개치적식물。본시험이홀지소충구위재료,채용충구경반구절적방식,설계료수궤구조실험개전료해식물적무성번육시험,탐토식물생장조절제급기농도대기분생자구적영향。시험결과표명:①인공간예대대제고료충구적번식능력,해시험중충구적평균번식솔고체21.15,기중처리6"6-BA500"작용하충구적번식솔최고,위32.2;②식물생장조절제NAA、6-BA균능촉진충구적번식능력,차수착농도적증가충구적번식솔야상응증가;③종합충구번식솔、자구적평균중량、직경이급근적장세정황등인소,처리5(6-BA300)시해시험적최가조합。
Lycoris aurea is an important plant which has not only an ornamental value but also medicinal values.An experiment of incising bulbs of Lycoris aurea,based on randomized blocks design,was arranged in order to study the effects of the plant growth regulators and the concentrations of these plant growth regulators on the quantity and weight of the bulblets of L.aurea.The results were as follows: ①The artificial propagation coefficient of Lycoris aurea was as high as 21.15 times,much higher than natural propagation coefficient.The treatment 6 of "6-BA 250" was best,with propagation coefficient of 32.2 times;②Plant growth regulators NAA and 6-BA both could promote the propatation coefficient of L.aurea,and the increase of the concentration of plant growth regulators would correspondingly enhance the propagation coefficient.③According to these facts:propagation coefficient,the average weight and diameter of the bulblets,the root of the growing conditions,treatment 5 "6-BA300" was the best in the experiment.
