以含短链亲水基团的酸性磷酸酯为掺杂剂合成新型导电聚苯胺纳米水分散液,通过透射电子显微镜、循环伏安法对其形貌和电化学性能进行表征。研究表明:合成的聚苯胺为直径20-80nm且均匀分散的球状粒子;分散液在碱性介质中仍保持较好的电化学活性及稳定性。该研究为水溶性导电聚苯胺在抗腐蚀等碱性环境中的应用提供了更广阔的思路。
以含短鏈親水基糰的痠性燐痠酯為摻雜劑閤成新型導電聚苯胺納米水分散液,通過透射電子顯微鏡、循環伏安法對其形貌和電化學性能進行錶徵。研究錶明:閤成的聚苯胺為直徑20-80nm且均勻分散的毬狀粒子;分散液在堿性介質中仍保持較好的電化學活性及穩定性。該研究為水溶性導電聚苯胺在抗腐蝕等堿性環境中的應用提供瞭更廣闊的思路。

Nanoscale conductive polyaniline aqueous dispersion was prepared by acidic phosphate ester with a short hydrophilic unit as a dopant and characterized by Transmission Electron Microscope and Cylic Voltammograms. The results showed that spherical particles of polyaniline were distributed uniformly and the size ranged from 20 nm to 80 nm. In addition, electrochemical activity of the conductive polymer dispersion was still kept in alkaline media and it displayed an excellent stability upon cycling. The investigation broadens fields of prospective application of conductive polyaniline in alkaline solution such as anticorrosion.
