目的：探讨健康教育在腰椎间盘突出症康复中的作用。方法：将59例腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机数字表分为试验组29例,对照组30例。对照组进行综合康复治疗,试验组予综合康复治疗及健康教育。比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分（Visual Analogue Score,VAS）,日本骨科协会（Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA）下腰痛评分及住院天数。结果：试验组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）,JOA下腰痛评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）,且试验组住院天数较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.05）。结论：健康教育可以提高腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗的依从性,改善症状,提高日常生活活动能力,缩短住院天数。
목적：탐토건강교육재요추간반돌출증강복중적작용。방법：장59례요추간반돌출증환자안수궤수자표분위시험조29례,대조조30례。대조조진행종합강복치료,시험조여종합강복치료급건강교육。비교량조치료전후시각모의평분（Visual Analogue Score,VAS）,일본골과협회（Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA）하요통평분급주원천수。결과：시험조치료후VAS평분저우대조조（P〈0.05）,JOA하요통평분고우대조조（P〈0.05）,차시험조주원천수교대조조명현축단（P〈0.05）。결론：건강교육가이제고요추간반돌출증환자치료적의종성,개선증상,제고일상생활활동능력,축단주원천수。
Ojective：To investigate the effect of health education in rehabilitation of lumber disc herniation（LDH）.Methods： 59 patients of LDH were randomly divided into experimental group（29 cases） and control group（30 cases）.The control group was given rehabilitation therapy.Beside rehabilitation therapy,the experimental group was given health education simultaneously.The visual analogue score（VAS） and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association（JOA） low back pain score were assessed before and after the trial.The hospital day was also compared between the two groups.Results： The VAS of experimental group was lower than control group significantly（P0.05）.Compared to control group,the JOA low back pain score of experimental group was higher significantly（P0.05）.The hospital day of experimental group was shortened significantly after the trial compared with control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： The health education in rehabilitation of LDH can release the symptom,improve the activities of daily living and shorten the hospital day.
