从社会心理学态度转变理论的视角,分析了当前廉政教育存在的主要问题,即教育内容的重复性、教育过程的单向性和教育方式的外在性。提出进一步提升廉政教育的效果就要做到：在了解领导干部对廉洁自律的真实态度的基础上,按照心理学原理,组织好教育的内容,选择好廉政宣讲者,关注受教育者的情绪状态;还要遵循和运用＂睡眠者效应＂＂恐惧唤起＂等心理学方式。

Incorruptible education plays an important role in combating corruption and building a clean government,and the effect of incorruptible education has gained extensive attention.The change of attitude is similar to the factors influencing incorruptible education.Analyzing from the perspective of attitude change theory in social psychology,the main problems of incorruptible education are as follows：the repeatability of education content which easily results in the psychological barrier of avoidance;the simplicity of education process which causes negative psychological resistance;the externality of education method which leads to excessive reason effect.To further enhance the effect of incorruptible education,the following has to be obeyed：based on the understanding of real attitude of leaders on incorruptible and self-discipline,incorruptible education content and spokesman should be arranged and chosen according to psychological theories,should pay attention to the acquirer＇s emotional state,and should obey and apply psychology methods such as ＂sleeper effect＂ and ＂panic arousal＂.
