探讨机械通气在急性有机磷农药中毒肺水肿中的应用及护理对策.方法将患者以最小不平衡指数方法分为实验组和对照组.对照组依常规治疗护理,实验组在常规治疗的同时加用机械通气辅助呼吸,观察两组病人动脉血气中pH、PaO2、PaCO2、SpO2的变化、患者生命体征和临床征象变化.结果实验组通气治疗后患者临床症状明显改善,pH、PaO2、PaCO2、SpO2等指标与对照组比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05),且顺利脱机.抢救成功率86.2%,死亡率13.8%.对照组抢救成功率62.7%,死亡率37.6%(χ2=8.812,P=0.003).结论有机磷农药中毒合并肺水肿,在常规治疗的同时应加用机械通气治疗,配合有效护理,是抢救成功的一种有效治疗方法.

Objective To discuss the application and nursing of mechanical ventilation in organophosphorous poisoning pulmonary edema.Methods The patients were divided into experimental and control groups by minimum imbalancd index.The pacasestients in the control group were given routine nursing while those in the experimental group were given mechanical ventilation besides the routine nursing.Results Changes of pH,PaO2,PaCO2 and SpO2 of the arterial blood,the vital and clinical signs in the two groups were observed.Result The patients who were given mechanical ventilation had obvious improvement.The indexes,such as pH,PaO2,PaCO2,SpO2 had obvious difference compared with that of the control group(P0.05)and the breathing machine can be removed successfully in experimental group.While the survival rate was 86.2%,8 cases died and the mortality was 13.8% in the experimental group.The survival rate was 62.7%,22 cases died and the mortality was 37.6% in the control(χ2=8.812,P=0.003).Conclusion It was a successful method for the patients suffered from organophosphorous poisoning pulmonary ederna.
