首先对复合材料单向板进行拉伸损伤实验,采用声发射监测其损伤的分布规律和发展过程,然后采用逐步线性加载的方式对三维有限元单胞模型进行应力场数值模拟,通过对应力场分布的分析获取复合材料的损伤机理,并进一步验证声发射监测的准确性.研究结果表明,通过综合运用声发射损伤监测技术与单胞模型有限元应力场数值模拟,分析复合材料拉伸损伤过程的方法是可行的.
首先對複閤材料單嚮闆進行拉伸損傷實驗,採用聲髮射鑑測其損傷的分佈規律和髮展過程,然後採用逐步線性加載的方式對三維有限元單胞模型進行應力場數值模擬,通過對應力場分佈的分析穫取複閤材料的損傷機理,併進一步驗證聲髮射鑑測的準確性.研究結果錶明,通過綜閤運用聲髮射損傷鑑測技術與單胞模型有限元應力場數值模擬,分析複閤材料拉伸損傷過程的方法是可行的.

Damage distribution and development of unidirectional specimen are supervised by acoustic emission technology in tensile damage experimentation first; then composite damage mechanism is obtained and the veracity of acoustic emission supervision is further approved by analysis of stress filed distribution which is simulated by three-dimension finite element unit cell loaded step by step in linearity manner. Results show that it is feasible to analyze the process of composite tensile damage by means of using acoustic emission supervision technology and stress filed numerical simulation of finite element unit cell.
