用微量热法研究Pr~(3+)离子对大肠杆茵的生物化学效应.从生成的热谱图分析可以看出,低剂量的稀土离子Pr~(3+)的存在可以缩短细菌的停滞期,增加生长速率常数和最大放热功率,刺激大肠杆菌的生长.相反,较高剂量的Pr~(3+)延长了细茵的停滞期,减小了生长速率常数和最大放热功率,抑制了大肠杆菌的生长.

The biochemical effect of Pr~(3+) on E.coli was studied by microcalorimetry.According to the analysis of thermogenic curves,shortened lag phase of bacteria growth,increased growth rate constant and maximum heat power were observed in the presence of Pr~(3+) in low concentration and the results indicated that the growth of E.coli was promoted.On the other hand,Pr~(3+) in higher concentration can cause prolonged lag phase,a decrease in the maximum heat power and growth rate constant.The results suggest the growth of E.coli was inhibited in the presence of Pr~(3+) in high concentration.
