As%accumulation%migration
为筛选出适合于当地种植的砷(As)低累积水稻品种,并研究水稻不同器官间As的富集迁移.在As严重污染农田上进行田间小区试验,研究了13个不同水稻品种对As的富集作用及其不同部位对As的累积迁移能力.结果表明:①所有水稻品种精米中As含量均低于国家绿色大米卫生标准中As含量(0.4 mg/ks)和无公害大米标准中As含量(0.5 mg/ks),其中南粳41精米中As含量较高(0.38 mg/ks),武粳15精米中As含量最低(0.10 ms/kg).②不同水稻品种间产量差异较大,扬稻6号产量最高,宁粳3号产量最低;③13个水稻品种不同部位As含量均为:根>茎叶>谷壳>精米,As主要在根部累积;④在本试验条件下(土壤中As含量为72.2 mg/ks),综合考虑产量及对As的吸收累积和迁移能力,供试的13个水稻品种中武粳15、武育粳3号、南梗44以及武香粳14为相对A8低累积水稻品种.
為篩選齣適閤于噹地種植的砷(As)低纍積水稻品種,併研究水稻不同器官間As的富集遷移.在As嚴重汙染農田上進行田間小區試驗,研究瞭13箇不同水稻品種對As的富集作用及其不同部位對As的纍積遷移能力.結果錶明:①所有水稻品種精米中As含量均低于國傢綠色大米衛生標準中As含量(0.4 mg/ks)和無公害大米標準中As含量(0.5 mg/ks),其中南粳41精米中As含量較高(0.38 mg/ks),武粳15精米中As含量最低(0.10 ms/kg).②不同水稻品種間產量差異較大,颺稻6號產量最高,寧粳3號產量最低;③13箇水稻品種不同部位As含量均為:根>莖葉>穀殼>精米,As主要在根部纍積;④在本試驗條件下(土壤中As含量為72.2 mg/ks),綜閤攷慮產量及對As的吸收纍積和遷移能力,供試的13箇水稻品種中武粳15、武育粳3號、南梗44以及武香粳14為相對A8低纍積水稻品種.

Field experiment was conducted to study the accumulation and migration of heavy metal element As in thirteen rice cuhivars in order to select the lowly As-accumulated rice eultivars. The As contents in the milled grains of all cultivars were less than those of the National Green Rice Standard ( 0. 4 mg/kg) and Nuisanceless Rice Standard (0. 5mg/kg), the milled grains of Nanjing 41 accumulating the highest contents of As (0. 38 mg/kg) and Wujing 15 accumula-ting the lowest (0. 10 mg/kg). Yields in rice varieties showed significant differences, Yangdao 6 and Ningjing 3 occupying the highest and lowest outputs. The accumulation of As in different organs of thirteen rice cultivars were showed as follows: root>stem and leave>chaff>milled grain. The ac-cumulations of As in Wujing 15, Wuyujing 3, Nanjing 44 and Wuxiangjing 14 are relative lower in thirteen rice culti-vats, with yield and capability to absorb and transport As taken into account.
