[目的]为甘露寡糖在水产养殖中的应用提供理论依据.[方法]以甘露寡糖为饲料添加剂进行鲤鱼的对比饲喂试验,通过测定和比较对照组和试验组鲤鱼的生长性能和免疫功能指标,探讨甘露寡糖对鲤鱼生长及免疫功能的影响.[结果]对照组鲤鱼的饲料系数、相对增重率、白细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数、脾脏指数和血清溶血素活力分别为2.46、21.06%、26.00%±2.59%、1.65±0.15、0.33±0.02和(47.40±3.29) U,与之相比试验组鲤鱼的饲料系数、相对增重率、白细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数、脾脏指数和血清溶血素活力均显著提高,分别为1.52、34.03%、32.47%±3.72%、1.76±0.17、0.36±0.02和(51.53±3.31) U.试验组和对照组鲤鱼的血清杀菌百分率分别为27.85%±6.00%和22.46%±4.88%,差异显著.[结论]甘露寡糖可以提高鲤鱼的生长性能和非特异性免疫功能.

[Objective] The study aimed to provide theoretical basis for the application of mannose-oligosaccharides in aquiculture. [Method] The comparative feeding experiment on carps was carried out with mannose-oligosaccharides as feed additive. The effects of mannose-oligosaccharides on the growth and immune function of carps were discussed through determining and comparing the growth performance and immune function indices of carps in control group and test groups. [Result] The feed conversion ratio, relative weight gain rate, percentage of leucocyte phagocytosis, phygocytic index, spleen index and serum hemolysin activity of carps in control group were 2.46, 21.06%, 26.00%±2.59%, 1.65±0.15, 0.33±0.02 and (47.40±3.29) U resp. Compared with control group, the feed conversion ratio, relative weight gain rate, percentage of leucocyte phagocytosis, phygocytic index, spleen index and serum hemolysin activity of carps in test groups were enhanced significantly and they were 1.52, 34.03%, 32.47%±3.72%, 1.76±0.17, 0.36±0.02 and (51.53±3.31) U resp. The serum bactericidal percentages of carps in test groups and control group were 27.85%±6.00% and 22.46%±4.88% resp. and their difference was significant. [Conclusion] Mannose-oligosaccharides could enhance the growth performance and non-specific immune function of carps.
