A new spedes i. e. Argptera flavivittata sp.nov. from Shandong Province of China is described in this paper. The new species is similar to Arcyptera coreana Shiraki,1930 but differs in: 1) head and pronomm with a broad yellow band in the middle; 2) antenna longer,extending over the hind margin of pronotum distinctly;3) inner side of hind femur yellow,not red; 4) cubital vein of tegmen never ramification,behind cubital vein without additivdy longitudinal veins.
