The brittle fracture happens many times in a kind of torsion axes during the test.The fracture appearance of torsion axes is intercrystalline fracture which may be caused by either forging or tempering.Through contrast analysis,it can be determined that the fracture of axes is caused by temper brittle which can be abated by tempering again.
