该文针对象船舶舵鳍联合减摇系统这样的复杂模型的仿真以及智能控制系统设计中需训练控制器、仿真中的变参数控制等特点，介绍了一种用SIMULINK对变参数控制器系统进行仿真的方法，给出了利用MATLAB环境设计如神经网络控制器等智能控制器的方案。最后给出了所述设计方案和仿真方法的具体实例：利用遗传算法训练模糊神经网络控制器对船舶舵鳍联合减摇系统进行控制。

A method of variable parameters controller system simulation using SIMULINK toolbox in MATLAB environment is introduced in this paper.We also give a method to design an intelligent controller such as neural network controller in MATLAB environment.At last,an application example of ship roll stabilization using integrated control of rudder and fin is showed company with the simulation result.To design the fuzzy neural network controller,Genetic Algorithm is used to fit the function of optimization.
