用紧束缚方法研究了三元准周期半导体超晶格的电子态,讨论了杂质对三元准周期超晶格系统的电子隧穿透射率谱及电子态几率分布的影响.结果表明,杂质的存在对系统的电子隧穿透射率谱有明显的影响,杂质所处位置和杂质性质的不同都会使系统的电子态发生变化.

In this paper, the electron states in the three-tilequasiperiodic semiconductor superlattices are investigated with the tight-binding method. The effects of the impurities on the spectra of the electron transimission and the probability distribution of the electron states in the three-tile quasiperiodic semiconductor superlattices are discussed. It is shown that the effect of the impurities on the spectra of the electron transimission is obvious; the electron states for the system change with the variation of the position of the impurities and the characteristic of the impurities.
