目的　探讨医源性血管损伤的原因及其防治方法。方法　回顾性分析11例医源性血管损伤的临床资料。结果　7例行血管修补术获得成功；3例分别采用纱布填塞、结扎止血、或脏器切除等处理，无并发症发生；1例死于术中大出血。结论　医源性血管损伤有人为因素，也有客观原因。提高医生的警觉性及手术技巧，规范手术操作，术中解剖清晰，不盲目钳夹，是预防医源性血管损伤的关键。
목적　탐토의원성혈관손상적원인급기방치방법。방법　회고성분석11례의원성혈관손상적림상자료。결과　7례행혈관수보술획득성공；3례분별채용사포전새、결찰지혈、혹장기절제등처리，무병발증발생；1례사우술중대출혈。결론　의원성혈관손상유인위인소，야유객관원인。제고의생적경각성급수술기교，규범수술조작，술중해부청석，불맹목겸협，시예방의원성혈관손상적관건。
Objective　To explore the causes， prevention and treatment of iatrogenic vascular in-jury．Methods　The clinical data of 11 cases of iatrogenic werere trospectively analyzed． Results　Amongthe 11 cases of vascularinjury，7 cases underwent angiorrhaphy successfully and the remaining 3 cases weretreated by bandage-filling， hemostasis and organtomy， etc． One cases died of hemorrhage during operation． Conclusion　Iatrogenic vascular injury is related to the medical treatment and the patients′ surgical skills． Improving the surgical skills，standardizing surgical procedures， clear operation anatomy and careful clamp-ing are the keys to prevent the iatrogenic vascular injury．
