Objective:At all acute myocardial infactions(AMIS)occur in patient,least 60%f of Age 65 and older about 35% in patient older Age 75.Clinical presentation of AMI is modified by age-related changes.A typical presentations are common in the older patient and requive the physician to maintain a high index of suspicion for AMI.Should be at the right moment harvesting individualized therapeutics.Based on the presence of comorbid conditions.
