采用硅胶为硅源,以四乙基氢氧化铵和四丁基氢氧化铵为模板剂,在1 L高压釜中合成TS-1分子筛.经XRD,IR,DRUV及XPS测试表明钛进入了分子筛骨架,分子筛结晶度和骨架钛量较高,在催化吡啶氧化过程中活性很高,并且分子筛粒度对催化活性影响很大.
採用硅膠為硅源,以四乙基氫氧化銨和四丁基氫氧化銨為模闆劑,在1 L高壓釜中閤成TS-1分子篩.經XRD,IR,DRUV及XPS測試錶明鈦進入瞭分子篩骨架,分子篩結晶度和骨架鈦量較高,在催化吡啶氧化過程中活性很高,併且分子篩粒度對催化活性影響很大.

The TS-1 molecular sieve was synthesised by silica gel with TEAOH and TBAOH as the structure-directing agent.It proves that Ti is located in molecular sieve framework by the XRD,the framework IR spectra,the diffuse reflectance spectra in the rigion UV-VIS and XPS technique.The TS-1 molecular possess high crystallinity and high Ti contents,the high catalytic activity in oxidization of pyridine is proved.
