提出检测Fenton反应产生羟自由基的新方法。羟自由基与溴邻苯三酚红(BPR)发生氧化反应后,溴邻苯三酚红的颜色发生变化,用紫外-分光光度计测定其ΔA560值的变化,可间接测定羟自由基的产生量。试验结果表明,ΔA560与溴邻苯三酚红、FeSO4及H2O2呈量效关系,随反应时间延长,ΔA560依幂函数规律上升。同时发现甘露醇、苯甲酸清除羟自由基作用呈明显的量效关系。方法稳定性好、操作简便、测定快速,可作为一种简便的筛选抗氧化剂的方法。

제출검측Fenton반응산생간자유기적신방법。간자유기여추린분삼분홍(BPR)발생양화반응후,추린분삼분홍적안색발생변화,용자외-분광광도계측정기ΔA560치적변화,가간접측정간자유기적산생량。시험결과표명,ΔA560여추린분삼분홍、FeSO4급H2O2정량효관계,수반응시간연장,ΔA560의멱함수규률상승。동시발현감로순、분갑산청제간자유기작용정명현적량효관계。방법은정성호、조작간편、측정쾌속,가작위일충간편적사선항양화제적방법。
For the determination of the hydroxyl free radical (·OH) produced by Fenton reaction, a new photometric method based on its oxidation reaction with BPR is described in this paper. The color intensity of BPR will be changed before and after the oxidation reaction and the change in absorbance is measured photometrically,and the amount of · OH produced can thus be determined indirectly. It is found that the change in absorbance,ΔA560, is related quantitatively with the amount of BPR and the reactants H2O2 and FeSO4. Also ΔA560 will be increased with the time of reaction. The optimum conditions of determination were studied and selected. The clearing effect of · OH by mannitol, benzoic acid and thiourea was also studied by this method.
