目的：观察血脂康对高脂血症的血液流变学及血脂影响。方法：分别检测血脂康治疗组40例高脂血症患者和多烯康对照组40例高脂血症患者服药前后血液流变学及血脂。结果：血脂康治疗组的血流变学及血脂治疗前后差异（P＜0.005）；多烯康对照组治疗前后无明显变化。结论：血脂康能够改善血液流变学及降低血脂，对防治心脑血管疾病有重要意义。
목적：관찰혈지강대고지혈증적혈액류변학급혈지영향。방법：분별검측혈지강치료조40례고지혈증환자화다희강대조조40례고지혈증환자복약전후혈액류변학급혈지。결과：혈지강치료조적혈류변학급혈지치료전후차이（P＜0.005）；다희강대조조치료전후무명현변화。결론：혈지강능구개선혈액류변학급강저혈지，대방치심뇌혈관질병유중요의의。
Objective：To obeserve the effect of Xuezhikang capsule on hemerheoltgy and blood lipid of patients with hyperlipmia．Method：We have examined hemerheolgy and blood fat seperately in 40 cases Xuezhikang group and 40 cases Duoxikang contral group before and after treatment．Result：Hemerheolgy and blood fat in Xuezhikang group has been made a striking difference before and after treatment （P＜0．05），but in Duoxikang group，there is not significant change before and after treatment．Conclusion：Xuezhikang capsue may improve hemerheollgy and reduce blood fat，socerebral vascular diseases．
