目的:探讨致倦库蚊不同发育期虫体匀浆游离氨基酸的动态。方法:应用高效液相色谱仪对致倦库蚊的虫卵和Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期幼虫及雌、雄蛹等虫体匀浆中的游离氨基酸进行检测。结果:1.虫卵随发育时间的不同,其氨基酸的种类发生明显变化,色氨酸在发育8 h后才出现,谷氨酸逐渐减少,而蛋氨酸、赖氨酸等逐渐增多,但总量变化不显著。2.幼虫随着虫龄的增加,虫体氨基酸含量明显增多,Ⅳ期幼虫的氨基酸含量明显高于其他各期幼虫。蛋氨酸含量最高,鸟氨酸、天门冬氨酸等次之。天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸和苏氨酸、精氨酸等在Ⅳ期幼虫体内的氨基酸含量达到最高峰。3.蛹体内的氨基酸总量与蚊蛹性别关系不明显,但在雌、雄蛹间天门冬氨酸、苯丙氨酸、鸟氨酸、组胺酸等氨基酸的含量却有显著性差异。结论:不同发育期致倦库蚊匀浆内游离氨基酸的种类及含量均有差异。
目的:探討緻倦庫蚊不同髮育期蟲體勻漿遊離氨基痠的動態。方法:應用高效液相色譜儀對緻倦庫蚊的蟲卵和Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期幼蟲及雌、雄蛹等蟲體勻漿中的遊離氨基痠進行檢測。結果:1.蟲卵隨髮育時間的不同,其氨基痠的種類髮生明顯變化,色氨痠在髮育8 h後纔齣現,穀氨痠逐漸減少,而蛋氨痠、賴氨痠等逐漸增多,但總量變化不顯著。2.幼蟲隨著蟲齡的增加,蟲體氨基痠含量明顯增多,Ⅳ期幼蟲的氨基痠含量明顯高于其他各期幼蟲。蛋氨痠含量最高,鳥氨痠、天門鼕氨痠等次之。天門鼕氨痠、穀氨痠、甘氨痠和囌氨痠、精氨痠等在Ⅳ期幼蟲體內的氨基痠含量達到最高峰。3.蛹體內的氨基痠總量與蚊蛹性彆關繫不明顯,但在雌、雄蛹間天門鼕氨痠、苯丙氨痠、鳥氨痠、組胺痠等氨基痠的含量卻有顯著性差異。結論:不同髮育期緻倦庫蚊勻漿內遊離氨基痠的種類及含量均有差異。
목적:탐토치권고문불동발육기충체균장유리안기산적동태。방법:응용고효액상색보의대치권고문적충란화Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ기유충급자、웅용등충체균장중적유리안기산진행검측。결과:1.충란수발육시간적불동,기안기산적충류발생명현변화,색안산재발육8 h후재출현,곡안산축점감소,이단안산、뢰안산등축점증다,단총량변화불현저。2.유충수착충령적증가,충체안기산함량명현증다,Ⅳ기유충적안기산함량명현고우기타각기유충。단안산함량최고,조안산、천문동안산등차지。천문동안산、곡안산、감안산화소안산、정안산등재Ⅳ기유충체내적안기산함량체도최고봉。3.용체내적안기산총량여문용성별관계불명현,단재자、웅용간천문동안산、분병안산、조안산、조알산등안기산적함량각유현저성차이。결론:불동발육기치권고문균장내유리안기산적충류급함량균유차이。
Objective:To investigate the change of the free amino acids (FAAs) in the developing stage of Culex pipiens quinqefaciatus.Methods: FAAs in homogenate of the eggs,larvae(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ instar) and pupas (female and male) of Culex pipiens quinqefaciatus were detected respectively by High Perfomance Liquid Chromatography(LC-3A).Results:The results showed that the contents and species of FAAs changed with the development stages of mosquitoes respectively.①GLU reduced and MET,LYS increased significantly, but the total change of FAAs was not remarkable in the development eggs.TRY was detected in the eggs at the 8th four after development.②With the larvae development,the totae FAAs was increased remarkably,especially in the 4th instar larvae.The quantity of MET was the highest in 20 kinds of amino acids.ASP,GLU,G+T and ARG which got the maximum level at the 4th instar larvae.③ The total FAAs was not remarkable difference between the female and male mosquito pupas.The contents of ASP,PHE,ORN,HIS in the female pupas were higher than those in the males. Conclusion:The contents and species of FAAs have changed significantly at different developing stages of mosguitoes.
