研究了光氧老化过程对聚乙烯薄膜物理性能的影响,对比考察了光稳定剂对不同种类、不同厚度聚乙烯薄膜耐光氧老化性能的影响。结果表明,这种薄膜的老化性能可用力学、热学、光谱参数表征;当薄膜厚度为30~150μm时,不加光稳定剂的薄膜厚度对光氧老化性能的影响不大,加光稳定剂后薄膜厚度对光氧老化性能的影响是随膜厚的增大而迅速增大。
研究瞭光氧老化過程對聚乙烯薄膜物理性能的影響,對比攷察瞭光穩定劑對不同種類、不同厚度聚乙烯薄膜耐光氧老化性能的影響。結果錶明,這種薄膜的老化性能可用力學、熱學、光譜參數錶徵;噹薄膜厚度為30~150μm時,不加光穩定劑的薄膜厚度對光氧老化性能的影響不大,加光穩定劑後薄膜厚度對光氧老化性能的影響是隨膜厚的增大而迅速增大。

The effect of photooxidative aging on the physical propertier of polyethylene(PE) film was stu-died. The effect of photostabilizer on the photooxidative aging resistance of PE film with different kinds and thicknesses. The results showed that the aging properties could be characterized by the parameters of mechanics, heat and spectrum.The thickness had little influence on the photooxidative aging properties of PE film when its thickness was 30~150 μm, the influence of film thickness on the photooxidative aging pro-perties increased with the increase of PE film thickness by adding the photostabilizer.
