为了提高非圆车削稳定性,将变速加工引入非圆车削形成变速非圆车削.该文构建了变速非圆车削系统结构,建立了主轴变速定量描述的数学模型和特征参数,设计了适于变速非圆车削的直线伺服单元,研究了变速加工提高加工稳定性的机理.结果表明:在合适的主轴驱动激励函数和变速参数条件下,直线伺服单元能很好地跟踪刀具运动的目标值,从而有效地提高车削稳定性和加工精度.
為瞭提高非圓車削穩定性,將變速加工引入非圓車削形成變速非圓車削.該文構建瞭變速非圓車削繫統結構,建立瞭主軸變速定量描述的數學模型和特徵參數,設計瞭適于變速非圓車削的直線伺服單元,研究瞭變速加工提高加工穩定性的機理.結果錶明:在閤適的主軸驅動激勵函數和變速參數條件下,直線伺服單元能很好地跟蹤刀具運動的目標值,從而有效地提高車削穩定性和加工精度.

To improve the stability of noncircular turning process, this paper attempts to develop a new machining method that combines noncircular turning with variable spindle speed machining and is thus called variable spindle speed noncircular turning process. First, the framework of the variable spindle speed noncircular turning system is built. Then, the mathematical model and characteristic parametersare established for quantitative description of spindle speed variation. Also, the linear servo unit available for variable speed noncircular turning process is designed. Finally, the mechanism of variable spindle speed machining's improvement on stability is investigated. The research results indicate that under the condition of suitable driving function and speed parameters of the spindle, the linear servo unit is able to track the desired trajectory of cutting tool motion, thus resulting in valid improvement on machining stability and precision.
