机械加工实训是机械类专业学生必修的实践教学环节,目前使用的教学材料在经济性、环保和安全等方面存在很多不足.研究使用PVC塑料制品替代传统机械加工实训教学用的材料.主要从实训环节的能量消耗、产生噪声的程度、刀具材料的损耗和切削润滑液的使用等因素考虑,采用PVC塑料制品替代传统的钢材、铝合金,还有石蜡、尼龙等实训教学材料.从提高PVC材料的力学性能、切削加工性能以及环保的角度,研究PVC塑料制品的回收再利用、配制等.最终得到适合机械加工实训使用的PVC塑料制品配方和加工方法,以及实际教学使用的结论.

Practical Teaching of Machining is a required course for Mechanical Engineering students .The materials for Practical Teaching of Machining in the economy, environmental protection and security is riddled with inadequacies. In this paper, study on the PVC plastic used to replace the materials for practical teaching of machining. Mainly from the energy consumption, the level of noise, the loss of tool material and the use of cutting fluid lubrication and other factors to consider. Selecting PVC plastic used as a machining training's materials. Major study the PVC plastics's recycling, dispensing and PVC plastics's mechanical property & machinability. Finally given the PVC plastic's formulation and processing methods, and given practical teaching the use of the actual conclusions.
