钢板热冲压是一种将先进高强度钢板加热到奥氏体温度后快速冲压,在保压阶段通过模具实现淬火并达到所需冷却速度,从而得到组织为马氏体,强度在1500MPa左右的超高强度零件的新型成形技术.文章对钢板热冲压新技术的关键装备、核心技术和优缺点做了系统介绍,并指出了其使用现状和前景.
鋼闆熱遲壓是一種將先進高彊度鋼闆加熱到奧氏體溫度後快速遲壓,在保壓階段通過模具實現淬火併達到所需冷卻速度,從而得到組織為馬氏體,彊度在1500MPa左右的超高彊度零件的新型成形技術.文章對鋼闆熱遲壓新技術的關鍵裝備、覈心技術和優缺點做瞭繫統介紹,併指齣瞭其使用現狀和前景.

Blank hot forming is a new technology which is realized by heating the advanced high strength steel to Austenitic phase, quick stamping, and quenching in die during press holding to meet the required cooling speed. By this new forming technology, the phase of the parts can be changed to martensite, and the strength of the parts can be about 1500MPa. In this paper, Key e-quipments, key technology, advantage and disadvantage of blank hot forming are introduced, and the application status and trends is proposed.
