重力坝加高工程中,新老混凝土结合面在各种荷载作用下可能会脱开.结合某重力坝加高工程,利用无厚度接触面单元模拟新老混凝土结合面,通过三维有限元仿真计算,研究了影响新老混凝土结合面开裂的多种因素,包括新老混凝土结合面的强度、新混凝土的厚度、保温措施、分缝措施等,提出减小新老混凝土结合面开裂的工程措施,以增强大坝的整体性,为以后的重力坝加高提供参考.

Based on the heightening of a concrete gravity dam, many factors affecting the cracking of the interface between the fresh concrete and old concrete, such as the strength of the interface, the thickness of fresh concrete, thermal insulation measures for concrete, joint-setting measures, etc. are studied herein by simulating the interface between the fresh and old concretes with zero thickness interface element through 3-D FEM simulation; from whieh the engineering measures to decrease the cracking between fresh and old concretes are proposed, so as to enhance the integrity of the dam concerned and then also provide some references for the similar projects in the days to come.
