绿色化学和社会可持续发展需求对物质加工手段提出了更高要求.生物催化和化学催化的交叉整合可以实现两种技术的优势互补,从而提高原子效率,减轻环境压力,降低生产成本,在精细(手性)化学品合成新工艺的开发和工业化生产中具有十分广阔的应用前景.生物催化和化学催化的交叉需要生物学家和化学家的紧密合作,着重解决生物催化和化学催化反应的相容性,生物催化反应类型的拓展及其分子催化机理的认识,及生物催化剂的快速商品化、工具化技术等问题.

There is growing interest in sustainable solutions for social development in the long term. Combination of biocatalysis and chemocatalysis can deliver atom economic, cost effective and environmental friendly alternative tools, and has find wide application in the commercial manufacture of fine (chiral) chemicals. Integration of biocatalysis and chemocatalysis needs closer cooperation of chemist and biotechnologist. Successful problem solution of the integration will come from the following three aspects: compatible of biocatalysis and chemocatalysis reactions, exploiting of novel biocatalysis reaction type and understanding of the molecular mechanisms, and rapid commercialization of biocatalyst.
