The stamping process of the locking pieces including blanking, forming, bending, etc. was analyzed and the overall structure of the mold was designed. Reasonable nesting program was selected. Inclined wedge structure was adopted to adjust the location of bending die and die debugging and die cutting edge grinding became easy. Column-ori-ented suppress discharge guide plate was adopted, so that precision die stamping was guaranteed. By practice, it is proved that the die structure is reasonable, the processing quality is good and the productivity is high, which has an important reference value for designing the progressive die of this kind of part.
