以孟鲁司特(Mont)为主要代表的白三烯调节剂,主要用于轻度持续哮喘的单药治疗以及中重度持续哮喘的辅助治疗,尤其适用于哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎及运动性哮喘的治疗.晚近研究表明,Mont可替代吸入性糖皮质激素(ICS)对ICS控制不佳的轻度持续哮喘取得满意疗效;对ICS及ICS、长效β受体激动剂联合治疗未能有效控制的中重度哮喘,Mont辅助治疗能提高患者哮喘控制测试评分,改善肺功能、提高患者哮喘生活质量积分.Mont的安全性与空白安慰剂相当,哮喘孕妇服用 Mont未增加胎儿致畸风险;其治疗依从性显著高于ICS,目前没有证据支持Mont与变应性肉芽肿病及自杀有因果联系.

Leukotriene modifiers with montelukast (Mont) as a major representative,is indicated for monotherapy in mild persistent asthma and as adjunctive therapy for moderate to severe persistent asthma, especially effective in treating exercise-induced asthma and asthma complicated with atopic rhinitis. Recent data demonstrated that as an alternative to inhaled corticosteroids (ICS), monotherapy with Mont achieved satisfactory asthma achievement in mild persistent asthma with poor response to ICS,and as adjunctive therapy,add-on Mont could improve asthma control test score,lung function and asthma life quality questionnaire score in moderate to severe persistent asthmatics uncontrolled by ICS or ICS plus long-acting beta adrenal receptor agonist. The safety profile of Mont is comparable to that of placebo,without significant risk of fetal abnormality for asthmatics taking Mont during pregnancy. With better compliance as compared to ICS,and there has been no evidence to support causative linkage between Mont use and Churg-Strauss syndrome or suicide.
