目的探讨中药食疗对肿瘤患者化疗所致便秘的临床观察.方法选择肿瘤化疗患者168例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各84例,治疗组采用中药食疗,对照组给予常规饮食,比较两组便秘情况以及化疗的不良反应.结果治疗组患者化疗所致便秘发生率低于对照组,毒副反应发生率较对照组少(P<0.01).结论自制中药食疗可减轻化疗的毒副反应,有效改善化疗所致的便秘.
목적 탐토중약식료대종류환자화료소치편비적림상관찰.방법 선택종류화료환자168례,수궤분위치료조화대조조각84례,치료조채용중약식료,대조조급여상규음식,비교량조편비정황이급화료적불량반응.결과 치료조환자화료소치편비발생솔저우대조조,독부반응발생솔교대조조소(P<0.01).결론 자제중약식료가감경화료적독부반응,유효개선화료소치적편비.
Objective To explore the effect of the self-made Chinese traditional medical food-therapy on patients with constipation after chemotherapy. Methods One hundred and sixty-eight tumor cases of constipation caused by chemotherapy were enrolled in this study and divided into 2 groups according to random numerical table. Patients of the study group (n = 84) were treated with the Chinese traditional medical food-therapy while the control group (n =84) received routine method. Results The results showed that the rate of constipation in the study group was significantly lower than that of patients in the control group. Conclusions The self-made Chinese traditional medical food-therapy can ease the side-effect and adverse-effect for patients after chemotherapy.
