目的探讨替米沙坦联合银杏注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效.方法 48例糖尿病肾病早期患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例,治疗组给予替米沙坦及银杏叶注射液,对照组给予替米沙坦,共治疗4周,观察治疗前后血压、24 h尿微量蛋白(U-Alb)、肌酐(Scr)、空腹血糖(FBS)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血液流变学变化,评价疗效.结果两组治疗后U-Alb、血压、SCr均有明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗后U-Alb、TC、TG、全血粘度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积的下降治疗组较对照组明显,且差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论替米沙坦联合银杏叶注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病可以降低尿蛋白、降血脂,降低血粘度,纠正血液高凝状态,疗效优于单用替米沙坦,能更有效延缓肾功能恶化.
목적 탐토체미사탄연합은행주사액치료조기당뇨병신병적료효.방법 48례당뇨병신병조기환자,수궤분위치료조화대조조,매조24례,치료조급여체미사탄급은행협주사액,대조조급여체미사탄,공치료4주,관찰치료전후혈압、24 h뇨미량단백(U-Alb)、기항(Scr)、공복혈당(FBS)、담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)、혈액류변학변화,평개료효.결과 량조치료후U-Alb、혈압、SCr균유명현하강(P<0.05,P<0.01),치료후U-Alb、TC、TG、전혈점도、섬유단백원、홍세포압적적하강치료조교대조조명현,차차이유현저성(P<0.05,P<0.01).결론 체미사탄연합은행협주사액치료조기당뇨병신병가이강저뇨단백、강혈지,강저혈점도,규정혈액고응상태,료효우우단용체미사탄,능경유효연완신공능악화.
Objective To explore the effects of temisartan combined with ginkgo biloba extract injec-tion on early diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods 48 cases with early DN were randomly assigned into treated groups, treated with ginkgo biloba extract injection and temisartan, and control group, treated with temisartan. The course lasted for 4 weeks. The changes of blood pressure, urine albumin excretion of 24 hours (U-Alb), Ser-um creatinine(Set),fasting plasma glucose(FBS),blood lipids and hemorrheology indices were examined before and after treatment. Results The lever of urine albumin excretion of 24 hours (U-Alb) was significantly de-creased. Serum croatinine(Scr), blood lipids and hemorrheology indices were all significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05, P<0.01). While they were improved significantly in treated group than that in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion Temisartan combined with ginkgo biloba extract injection could re-duce urine protein excretion and blood lipids,improve hemorrheology indices. Combination of temisartan ginkgo biloba extract injection had a better effect than temisartan on early DN.
