    直肠腺类癌(隐窝细胞癌), 生物学行为介于类癌与腺癌之间, 病情进展缓慢, 本文报道2例患者经规范治疗后迅速复发及转移, 复发转移后对术后辅助治疗无效, 临床上实属罕见.

    Pathogenetic condition of the rectal adenocarcinoid (pit cell carcinoma) whose biologic behavior is between carcinoid and adenocarcinoma develop relatively slowly . After operation treatment, two cases were found with quick recurrence and metastasis, and adjunctive therapy was ineffective for these two cases. These cases are rare seen clinically.
