建立了以高效液相色谱法测定水产品中红霉素残留量的方法. 提出了以乙腈为提取剂, 经过液-液萃取、固相萃取、 反萃取等步骤对样品进行分离净化的样品处理方法. 测定下限为200 μg/kg, 回收率>70%, 批内精密度和批间精密度均小于10%.

A method for the residual determination of erythromycin in aquatic products has been established by using acetonitrile as an extractant. The sample was separated and purified by the following steps: fluid-fluid extract, solid phase extract and counter-extract. The method was sensitive and accurate. The detection limit was 200 fig/kg, the recovery was above 70% , and the relative standard deviation was below 10% .
