为了探讨日粮中添加不同水平的果胶酶对鹅纤维及钙(Ca)、磷(P)代谢的影响,选取24只24月龄的健康五龙鹅,随机分为4组,日粮中果胶酶添加水平分别为0%, 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,采用全收粪法进行代谢试验.结果表明:在代谢能(ME)和粗蛋白(CP)摄入量基本一致的条件下,随着果胶酶添加水平的提高,粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的消化率分别为20.55%~37.59%,38.74%~55.62%,34.03%~47.98%,钙、磷的表观消化率分别比对照组提高1.81%~7.04%和5.51%~8.38%.说明在日粮中添加适量的果胶酶制剂能够提高鹅对纤维及钙、磷的消化率.
為瞭探討日糧中添加不同水平的果膠酶對鵝纖維及鈣(Ca)、燐(P)代謝的影響,選取24隻24月齡的健康五龍鵝,隨機分為4組,日糧中果膠酶添加水平分彆為0%, 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,採用全收糞法進行代謝試驗.結果錶明:在代謝能(ME)和粗蛋白(CP)攝入量基本一緻的條件下,隨著果膠酶添加水平的提高,粗纖維(CF)、中性洗滌纖維(NDF)、痠性洗滌纖維(ADF)的消化率分彆為20.55%~37.59%,38.74%~55.62%,34.03%~47.98%,鈣、燐的錶觀消化率分彆比對照組提高1.81%~7.04%和5.51%~8.38%.說明在日糧中添加適量的果膠酶製劑能夠提高鵝對纖維及鈣、燐的消化率.

In order to discuss the effect of different levels of dietary supplemental Pectinase on digestion and absorption of Ca, P and fiber in geese, twenty-four-month-old Wulong geese were selected and divided into four groups at random. The proportion of Pectinase in each experiment diet was 0, 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.3% . Total feces collection method was adopted to determine the nutrients in feed and feees to confirm their digestions. The results showed that, under the same content of CP and ME, with the increase of Pectinase content, the digestion of CF, NDF and ADF was 20.55%-37.59%, 38.74%-55.62% and 34.03%-47.98% respectively; The digestibility of Ca and P increased by 1.81%-7.04% and 5.51%-8.38% compared to the control group. So, the appropriate dietary addition of Pectinase could improve the digestibility of Ca, P and fiber in geese.
