从烤烟根际分离得到2株细菌菌株A03和B04,平板测定对3种烟草病害烟草角斑病、青枯病和赤旱病的病原菌有较强的拮抗作用,其中B04菌株具有解磷能力.将该2菌株扩大培养制成菌肥按1%的比例拌入育苗基质中应用于烤烟漂浮育苗,试验不同菌肥处理对烟苗的影响.结果显示:播种后27 d,A03菌肥处理种子发芽率比对照显著提高53.1%;播种后39 d,A03和B04菌肥处理种子发芽率分别比对照提高5.5%和1.8%.菌株A03和B04菌肥处理成苗素质显著高于对照,菌株A03菌肥处理烟苗茎高、茎粗、茎干重、根鲜重和根长分别比对照提高51.1%、19.8%、84.4%、50.3%和53.7%,叶色深绿;菌株B04菌肥处理烟苗茎高、茎粗、茎干重、根鲜重和根长分别比对照提高24.2%、0.8%、71.9%、32.0%和34.7%.菌肥处理移栽成活率均为100%,对各种病害有较强的抗性,表明菌株A03和B04对烤烟具有较强的促生作用,是烤烟根际促生菌(PGPR),用于烤烟漂浮育苗可明显提高种子发芽率、成苗素质和对烟草病害的抗性. 株A03和B04菌肥处理成苗素质显著高于对照,菌株A03菌肥处理烟苗茎高、茎粗、茎干重、根鲜重和根长分 比对照提高51.1%、19.8%、84.4%、50.3%和53.7%,叶色深绿;菌株B04菌肥处理烟苗茎高、茎粗、茎干重、根鲜乖和根长分别比对照提高24.2%、0.8%、71.9%、32.0%和34.7%.菌肥处理移栽成活率均为100%,对各种病害有较强的抗性,表明菌株A03和B04对烤烟具有较强的促生作用,是烤烟根际促生菌(PGPR),用于烤烟漂浮育苗可明显提高种子发芽率、成苗素质和对烟草病害的抗性. 株A03和B04菌肥处理成苗素质显著高于对照,菌株A03菌肥处理烟苗茎高、茎粗、茎干重、根鲜重和根长分 比对照提高51.1%、

Two bacterial strains,A03 and B04,were isolated from flue-cured tobacco rhizosphere and plate test proved there were considerably antagonism to Pseudomonas syringae pv.angulata,Pseudomonas solanacearum(Smith),and Alteraria alternata(Fries),while B04 exibited phosphorus dissolving capability.These two bacterial strains were cultivated in liquid substance separately and then mixed wiht floating system substrate by l%as bacterial fertilizer.Their effects on flue-cured tobacco seedlings was studied.Results showed that the germinate rate of A03 treatment was significantly higher than that of control by 53.1%27d after sowing,and 39d after sowing,while germinate rate of A03 and B04 treatments were 5.5%and 1.8%higher than that of control,.Seedling quality,such as stem height,diameter,dry weight,root fresh weight and length of A03 treatement were 51.1%,19.8%,84.4%,50.3%,and 53.7%,while that of B04 treatement were 24.2%,0.8%,71.9%.32.0%and 34.7%higher than control.Transplant surviving rate of all treatments was 100%.Tobacco strains treated with bacterial fertilizers after transplant showed entirely antagonism to many diseases.Results also indicated that A03 and B04 can promote flue-cured tobacco growth as PGPR and can increase seed germinate rate,improve plantlet diathesis,and elevate antagonism on diseases.
