为超声引导的HIFU系统设计自动检测凝固性坏死损伤区域并对损伤区域进行伪彩色增强的实时监控方法,方便医生实施治疗.首先根据HIFU治疗的特点,采用基于动态灰度梯度方法确定种子点,以种子点为中心进行区域生长自动检测损伤区域大小、形状和位置,然后利用改进的伪彩色变换算法增强损伤区域.基于区域生长的方法可直观反映出HIFU损伤区域的形状、大小及其在器官内的相对位置;改进的伪彩色变换算法能有效突出损伤区域,同时可对其进行疗效评价.实验结果证实了该算法的可行性和有效性.

In order to conveniently implement treatment, a computer aided method was designed to detect the lesion area and enhance this area with pseudo-color automatically for HIFU treatment system guided by Mode B ultrasonic equipment. First of all, according to the characteristics of HIFU treatment, the seed was determined based on the dynamic gray gradient, and it was taken as the cen-tral point for regional growing to determine the size, shape and location of HIFU lesion which was then enhanced by the improved pseudo-color transformation algorithm. The regional growing method can show the shape, size and relative position of the lesion ares within the organ objectively, and the improved pseudo-color transformation algorithm can highlight it effectively, which can be used to assess the curative effect. The experimental results confirmed the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
