微生物学是生物工程、食品科学与工程、环境工程、给水排水工程等专业的基础课程,课程内容丰富、涉及面宽。通过对其实验教学进行的一系列改革举措,如强化专业意识、提高微生物学实验教师整体素质,依据人才培养定位、优化实验内容,改革实验教学模式、充分发挥学生主观能动性,将科研课题融入实验教学、培养学生创新能力与工程实践能力,细化考核指标、提高学生综合素质等,旨在提高微生物学实验课的教学质量,从而满足21世纪复合型人才培养要求。

The microbiology theory is professional foundation course of the biological engineering,the food science and engineering,the environmental engineering and the water supply and drainage engineering and others,the content of the curriculum is rich and involved widely.Aimed at improving the teaching quality of the microbiological experiment courses and to meet the 21st century demands of complex personnel training,the article put forward to carrying out a series of reform initiatives for the experimental teaching,such as strengthening the professional awareness,improving the overall quality of microbiology experiments teachers,according to the training orientation,we should optimized the experiment's content,reform the experiment teaching mode,give full play to the initiative of students,blend the research topics into the experimental teaching,cultivate the innovation and engineering practical ability of the students,detail the assessment indicators and improve their overall quality,etc..
