目的 了解新乡医学院三全学院不同专业医学生预防医学课程考试情况,促进课程考核方式和试题库建设质量的提高.方法 运用教育测量学的原理和方法,对试卷的质量和学生的成绩进行分析.结果 本次考试学生的平均成绩为72.73分,呈正态分布.不同专业学生的考试成绩差异具有统计学意义( P<0.001).试卷平均难度、区分度和信度分别为0.61、0.43和0.71.结论 试卷题型分布合理、难度适中、区分度尚可、信度高,试题库可以用于课程考核.同时,还需要加强不同专业学生预防医学课程的教育力度.

Objective To learn the overall results of the examination papers on preventive medicine of 2008 and 2009 grade different program medical students of Sanquan Medical College,and to help improving course assessment methods and the item bank building.Methods The examination papers quality and exam results were analyzed by applying education measurement.Results The students' scores showed a normal distribution,with the mean of 72.73,significant difference of different program was showed.Difficulty,discrimination and reliability were 0.61,0.43 and 0.71,respectively.Conclusions The question types were assigned reasonably in the examination paper.The examination reflected the acute level of students better with moderate difficulty,acceptable discrimination and high reliability.Test database can be used for course assessment.We should strengthen the education level of preventive medicine of medical students of different program.
