目的 探讨护士长在安全管理中的真实心理体验,了解工作中的困惑和难点,为深入开展安全文化建设提供参考.方法 应用现象学深入访谈的方法 ,对12名护士长进行深入访谈,并查阅护士长手册差错登记的内容.结果 整理、归纳得出7个主题,主要为检查与反映、责备与羞辱、责任心与安全意识等.结论 护士长安全管理的现状与角色要求存在偏差,应更新理念、营造安全文化氛围、强化安全意识,进而提高护士长的安全管理水平.

Objective To discover the emotional feelings of the head nurses in the safety management affairs,to learn their confusing and difficult problems,and to find an effective resolution for promoting health and ensuring safety of the patients.Methods The study took the measure of qualitative research,which conducted an in-depth interview and referred to their manual to put down the wrong things.Results 7 themes were obtained through collecting and analyzing data,which included examination and reflection,reproachment and insult,responsibility and safety consciousness.Conclusions The key points to improve the head nurses' capability of safe management is to update security concept,strengthen the safety awareness,and create a safety culture.
