目的探讨运用综合护理干预对鼻咽癌放疗不良反应的影响.方法将120例鼻咽癌放疗患者随机分成观察组(60例)与对照组(60例).对照组行常规放疗,由主治医生按常规给予相应的健康指导;观察组行常规放疗,由主管护士行常规护理及针对心理、皮肤黏膜、颌关节、血象、饮食等综合的护理十预.结果观察组患者的不良反应明显低于对照组.结论综合护理干预有助于缓解患者的不良反应,改善护患关系,有效提高放疗效果,提高患者的生存质量.
목적 탐토운용종합호리간예대비인암방료불량반응적영향.방법 장120례비인암방료환자수궤분성관찰조(60례)여대조조(60례).대조조행상규방료,유주치의생안상규급여상응적건강지도;관찰조행상규방료,유주관호사행상규호리급침대심리、피부점막、합관절、혈상、음식등종합적호리십예.결과 관찰조환자적불량반응명현저우대조조.결론 종합호리간예유조우완해환자적불량반응,개선호환관계,유효제고방료효과,제고환자적생존질량.
Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on adverse reactions due to radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 120 patients with nasopha-ryngeal carcinoma were randomly assigned to receive routine radiotherapy along with either health education by physicians (control group, 60 patients) or conventional care and comprehensive nursing intervention in mental health, skin and mucous membrane, temporomandibular joint, blood tests, and dietary by nurses (study group, 60 patients). Results The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention is beneficial for relieving adverse reactions, improving the nurse-patient relationship, enhancing the efficacy of radiotherapy effectively, and improving quality of life.
