Brain infarction%Ozagrel%Danhong injection
目的 观察奥扎格雷钠联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效.方法 将140例急性脑梗死患者完全随机分为观察组(奥扎格雷钠联合丹红注射液,70例)和对照组(丹红注射液,70例),疗程均为14 d,比较2组的总有效率及神经功能缺损程度恢复情况.结果 治疗后观察组总有效率92.9% (65/70),优于对照组的75.7% (53/70),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分为(5.4±2.4)分,优于对照组的(8.7±2.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 奥扎格雷钠联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死效果较单用丹红注射液效果明显,安全性好.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ozagrel with danhong injection in treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and forty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treated group( treated by combined injection of ozagrel and danhong)and the control group( treated by injection of danhong).Each group had 70 cases.Treatment lasted 14 days.The curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment and neural function defect recovery was observed.Results The total effective rate in ozagrel combined with danhong injection group was 92.9% (65/70 cases),which was higher than that in danhong injection group(75.7%,P<0.05).Meanwhile the neurological deficit scores of patients with acute cerebral infarction was 5.4 ± 2.4 after treatment of ozagrel combined with danhong injection,which was lower than that after danhong injection treatment ( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion Ozagrel sodium combined with danhong injection is an optimistic and safe therapy for acute cerebral infarction.
