目的探讨嗜中性粒细胞趋化因子(CINC)在肝移植后再灌注损伤和急性排斥反应发生时的作用.方法施行了3组大鼠原位肝移植.即:(1)ACI大鼠-LEW大鼠组;(2)BN大鼠LEW大鼠组;(3)LEW大鼠-LEW大鼠组.分别为高度排斥反应组,中度排斥反应组和对照组.结果大鼠肝移植后血清CINC浓度与正常大鼠相比明显增加(P<0.001),同时嗜中性粒细胞总数和天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)及丙氨酸转氨酸(ALT)值也增加.急性排斥反应发生时,随着血清CINC浓度的上升,嗜中性粒细胞总数和AST、ALT值也增加,其增加幅度与排斥反应强度有关.结论 CINC不仅参与再灌注损伤,而且参与急性排斥反应.因此,CINC可以作为诊断急性排斥反应的指标之一.

Objective In order to investigate the role of CINC in reperfusion injury and acute rejection after rat liver transplantation.Methods Three groups of rats underwent the orthotopic liver transplantation:the high rejection group,the middle rejection group and the contol group.The blood was taken from the tail's vein at 12th h.1st day after liver transplantation.The same operation was repeatedly perfomed every 2 dan from then on.The serum CINC level was examined by using ELISA method.Results As compared with control group, the serum CINC level was obviously increased after liver transplantation in the rats(P<0.001).At the same time, the amount of neutrophils and the level of AST and ALT were also increased with the increase of serum CINC level.As the acute rejection occurred,with the serum CINC level increasing, the amount of neutrophils,AST and ALT were increased also,which was related to the severity of rejection(P<0.01).Conclusion CINC not only involved in the reperfusion inJury,but also acute rejection.So, CINC could be used as one of the indicators for diagnosis of acute rejection.
