Spleen transplantation%Immunological tolerance
目的 比较异位脾移植和原位脾移植诱导特异性免疫耐受的效果.方法 建立大鼠异位脾移植和原位脾移植模型6周后,二期行同源心脏移植,比较移植心脏的存活时间和移植5d后的排斥反应强度.以单纯心脏移植组和心脏移植+环孢菌素组作为对照组.结果 移植心脏存活时间:心脏移植+环孢菌素组>原位脾移植组>异位脾移植组>单纯心脏移植组(P<0.05).术后第7天排斥反应强度和混合淋巴细胞反应强度测定:心脏移植+环孢菌素组<原位脾移植组<异位脾移植组<单纯心脏移植组(P<0.05).结论 由于脾脏的生理功能与门静脉系统的回流特点有关,较之于异位脾移植,原位脾移植能更为有效地诱导受体特异性免疫耐受状态.

목적 비교이위비이식화원위비이식유도특이성면역내수적효과.방법 건립대서이위비이식화원위비이식모형6주후,이기행동원심장이식,비교이식심장적존활시간화이식5d후적배척반응강도.이단순심장이식조화심장이식+배포균소조작위대조조.결과 이식심장존활시간:심장이식+배포균소조>원위비이식조>이위비이식조>단순심장이식조(P<0.05).술후제7천배척반응강도화혼합림파세포반응강도측정:심장이식+배포균소조<원위비이식조<이위비이식조<단순심장이식조(P<0.05).결론 유우비장적생리공능여문정맥계통적회류특점유관,교지우이위비이식,원위비이식능경위유효지유도수체특이성면역내수상태.
Objective To compare the efficiency of vaseularized spleen orthotopic allotransplantation(VSOT)with vascularized spleen heterotopic allotransplantation(VSHT)in inducing immunological tolerance.Methods Secondary heart transplantation was performed 6 weeks after the establishment of spleen transplantation model and heart transplantation with or without CsA treatment served as negative or positive control.Survival time of heart transplants,intensity of rejection and mixed lymphatic reaction were detected in each group 5 days after transplantation.Results Heart transplants in each group survived longest in CsA group,followed by those in VSOT group,VSHT group and heart transplantation group.Intensity of rejeetion and mixed lymphatic reaction were strongest in heart transplantation group,followed by those in VSHT group,VSOT group,and CsA group.Conclusion VSOT is much more efficient than VSHT in inducing immunological tolerance.
