为从鱼油中分离高纯度二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA),根据分子间的作用力与分子结构的关系,以及高效液相色谱(HPLC)分离物质的原理,利用二乙烯苯交联的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMDVB)树脂微球作为HPLC固定相,选择适当的流动相,从鱼油中分离EPA,DHA,得到较好的分离效果。作者探索了微悬浮法合成PMDVB树脂的合成条件,并研究了交联度的大小和致孔剂组成对分离效果的影响。交联度为35%,并具有特定孔结构的PMDVB树脂微球作为HPLC固定相,具有较高的分离度。

Through analysis of the interaction between molecules, porouspolymethacrylatedivinybenzene (PMDVB) resin was applied as the high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) stationary phase for separating EPA and DHA from fish oil. Satisfactory results were obtained with proper selection of the liquid phase. The analysis was used to optimize the conditions for the microsuspens method for preparation of PMDVB and to study the effects of different rates of cross-linking and pore-induced reagents on separation results. A cross-linking rate of 35% with the special porous resin applied as the HPLC stationary phase produced a satisfactory separation rate.
