在总结抽水蓄能技术方面经验的基础上,简要阐述抽水蓄能电站经济效益评价、地质勘探、有迳流水库调节、库盆防渗、高压水道设计、机组额定转速选择等不同于常规水电的主要技术问题,对其他工程有一定借鉴作用.
在總結抽水蓄能技術方麵經驗的基礎上,簡要闡述抽水蓄能電站經濟效益評價、地質勘探、有逕流水庫調節、庫盆防滲、高壓水道設計、機組額定轉速選擇等不同于常規水電的主要技術問題,對其他工程有一定藉鑒作用.

On the basis of summing up the valuble design experience in developing pumped storage technology,accumulated in the completion of Tianhuangping and other pumped storage power stations,some technical issues different from those of conventional hydropower,particularly in economic benefit evaluation,geological survey,runoff reservoir regulation,anti-seepage of reservoir basin,pressure conduit design,selection of rated unit speed are mainly destribed.
