在甲醇氧化转化自供热体系中,基于过程的物料平衡、能量平衡、反应平衡,从热力学角度分析各工艺条件对制氢能量效率的影响。结果表明,氧醇摩尔比、水醇摩尔比及由它们决定的转化温度是过程的敏感因素;压力在转化反应温度较低时是敏感因素,但在高温时为非敏感因素; 蒸发器中产品气与反应物料之间的换热效率是过程的敏感因素。相反产品气出口温度或状态、系统的散热量对制氢能量效率的影响较小,为过程的非敏感因素。

Key factors that may influence the gross heat efficiency in the autothermal hydr ogen generation process by methanol part ial oxidation (POX) were investigated ba s ed on the balance of mass,energy,and che mical reactions.Studies show that the mo lar ra tio of O2/CH3OH,H2O/CH3OH and the re forming temperature controlled by them a re the most sensitive factors influencin g the heat efficiency in the methanol PO X process.The reforming pressure is a ke y factor at low temperatures,but its eff ect is negligible when the reforming tem perature is relatively high.The heat exc hange efficiency between the reformate a nd cool reactants is a significant param eter too.On the contrary,the heat loss o f the whole system is a relatively insen sitive factor.So do the state and ventin g temperature of the reformate.A maximum heat efficiency of 0.93 can be obtained by adjusting the major factors.
