目的 通过对2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者颅脑磁共振血管成像(MRA)检查,探讨2型糖尿病患者脑血管改变与病程、临床及预后的关系.方法 急性脑梗死患者119例入院后72h内行颅脑MRA检查,比较55例2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者(A组)及64例非糖尿病急性脑梗死患者(B组)的血管病变发生情况.结果 A组患者大脑中动脉、椎动脉病变发生率与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组与B组脑血管狭窄程度间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 2型糖尿病合并脑梗死血管病变以大脑中动脉(67.27%)、椎动脉(45.45%)较多,颅内血管狭窄以中、重度狭窄多见.糖尿病患者应用MRA检查有助于对脑血管受损程度进行评估,对预防脑卒中有重要价值.

목적 통과대2형당뇨병합병뇌경사환자로뇌자공진혈관성상(MRA)검사,탐토2형당뇨병환자뇌혈관개변여병정、림상급예후적관계.방법 급성뇌경사환자119례입원후72h내행로뇌MRA검사,비교55례2형당뇨병합병급성뇌경사환자(A조)급64례비당뇨병급성뇌경사환자(B조)적혈관병변발생정황.결과 A조환자대뇌중동맥、추동맥병변발생솔여B조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01);A조여B조뇌혈관협착정도간차이유통계학의의(P<0.01).결론 2형당뇨병합병뇌경사혈관병변이대뇌중동맥(67.27%)、추동맥(45.45%)교다,로내혈관협착이중、중도협착다견.당뇨병환자응용MRA검사유조우대뇌혈관수손정도진행평고,대예방뇌졸중유중요개치.
Objective By the study of MRA of brain in diabetic cerebral vascular disease (DCD) patients,the research is to investigate clinical feature in DCD,and it also shows the relation between cerebral vessels changes and clinical feature of DCD.Methods All the patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease finished MRA of brain in 72 hours.Results Compared with the control group,the DCD patients′ chief lesion blood vessels were middle cerebral artery (P<0.05)and vertebral artery(P<0.01),and they were heavy stenotic lesions mainly(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.In DCD,the main lesion blood vessels are middle cerebral artery and vertebral artery,and they are middle and heavy stenotic lesions mainly.2.it is beneficial for diabetic that the damage degree of cerebral blood vessels is evaluated by MRA,which has important value for stroke prevention.
