社会上对计算机专业人才需求量巨大,但该专业毕业生就业率却很低,是因为传统的培养模式强调理论学习,而用人单位看重员工的实践动手能力,两者错位形成结构性失衡。学生参与科研的过程中,通过"问题驱动式"的学习方式,迫使学生增强学习主动性,并把理论知识应用到实践中解决具体问题。学生参与科研的模式,能有效提高学生的实践动手能力,同时提高学习兴趣。

Though society makes huge demands on the computer professionals,the employment rate of computer major graduates is very low.Because traditional raising pattern emphasizes theoretical study,the Employers regard staff's Practical skills,both vicarious forms are imbalance.In the process of students participating in the scientific research,we adopt the study way called "the question driving type" to force students to strengthen the study initiative and apply the theoretical knowledge to solve the concrete questions in the practice.The pattern of students participating in the scientific research can improve students' Practical skills effectively and enhance the study interest simultaneously.
